The Challenge
Bethmas Care Centre had been serving families in Abuja since 2010 but had no meaningful online presence. Parents searching for specialist care for children with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties couldn't find them online, and the centre struggled to communicate its comprehensive range of therapy and education services.
Our Solution
We built an accessible, empathetic website that puts families first. The design uses calming colours and clear information architecture to help parents understand available services without medical jargon. A dedicated consultation booking flow makes it easy for families to take the first step, and detailed service pages explain each therapy approach in plain language.
The Results
Online consultation bookings increased by 70% within three months. The site now serves as the primary referral tool for partnering paediatricians, and the centre reports that families arrive better informed about available services.
